Talquin Electric Building & Renovations

The various projects done for Talquin Electric included a new construction and two renovations. The first project, completed in 2007, was a 4,990 s.f. stick framed office/bank building with a standing seam metal roof on wood trusses. The main building was finished with trayed ceilings, millwork, carpet, and ceramic tile. The project also included three teller stations with banking equipment, as well as a 120 ft. radio tower with associated outbuilding on the premises

The two renovation projects, completed in 2009 and 2014 consisted of interior and exterior renovations to an existing 5,800 s.f. office building. An attached 1,200 s.f. office room addition was added to the existing building structure. The other consisted of installation of HVAC and electrical services to house and running regional back-up server units. Included was 10,000 s.f. TPO re-roof.
