The all new construction included demolishing the building previously on the property and the complete development of just over half an acre. Work included extensive site work and landscaping, concrete slab, masonry, structural steel, roofing, storefront framing, glass & glazing, drywall, painting, HVAC and electrical systems, fire protection, and parking lot paving.
