Leon County Schools – Buck Lake Elementary

This massive project included new construction of a covered play area and classroom building, additions to the existing building, and renovation of the existing cafeteria, including enlarging the dining space into the kitchen and renovating the cafeteria/stage area. Scope of work included structural modifications to the existing masonry walls and steel structure. New ceilings, flooring and finishes were added to the new dining area. New windows were added as well as high performance coatings/paint to all existing and new walls. The building remained occupied and in operation throughout the renovation process.
