Huntley Park Commercial Complex

The Huntley Park Commercial Complex consisted of eight (8) acres of land development (performed in-house by RAM Development Services Division), the construction of four (4) separate commercial warehouses totaling over 170,000 total square feet of pre-engineered metal building office space. The project was completed on-time and in-budget.

Over the next several years, RAM Construction oversaw multiple interior build-out projects, including providing a covered receiving area and intermediate space with a new HVAC system to minimize humidity infiltration to main storage areas, restroom renovations, and creating new office and warehouse spaces with all systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical in the scope, as well installation of new finish material and life safety equipment.
