Capital Health Plan (CHP) Medical Offices

RAM Construction has been renovating multiple Capital Heath Plan offices and suites over the last three and a half years. Most recently, work was completed in the Governor's Square office in an eye examination suite and the Raymond Diehl location's first floor. Projects have included upgrades to bathrooms to make them ADA compliant, removal and replacement of existing water heater and pump system, replacement of the lobby entrance ceiling to acoustical ceiling tile, demolition of existing wall partitions and installation of new partitions, removal and replacement of existing cabinets with plastic laminate cabinets, and installation of a new decorative screen panel for staff privacy. Work has also included HVAC and electrical scopes.
