After 31 years in the banking business, Bill co-founded RAM with Alan Rogers in 2003. Bill's
role in the business is focused around financial and marketing matters, as well as general
company oversight and growth. Bill was born in Tallahassee and attended Leon County public
schools.
He earned both under-graduate and graduate degrees in finance from Florida Southern
College and Georgia State University respectively.

Heath Annin has been a state certified general contractor (Lic. CGC062608) since 2001. He manages and oversees construction projects and project management for the firm while maintaining and cultivating new client relationships. Heath holds a B.S. degree in Architectural and Construction Technology.
By Florida Statute, the construction of projects must be overseen by a licensed general/building contractor. While many companies have a qualifier in their home office, who may not ever see the project, RAM Construction believes that a responsible qualifier should periodically be on site throughout the project.
Heath Annin as a GC and qualifier for RAM visits all major jobsites weekly and continually meets with the project managers and superintendents. This allows for better client and business based solutions that would ordinarily be decided by one individual.
